Do you provide warranties on repairs and refurbished devices?

Yes. Standard warranty terms apply to repairs and refurbished hardware, with options to extend. Warranty length depends on device class and service level agreed.

How do RMAs and returns work?

Do you buy back legacy or surplus devices?

What ITAD services do you provide?

Do you offer staging, configuration and MDM enrolment?

Yes. We can stage, configure, kit and enrol devices into your MDM, then redeploy by site or user to streamline rollout and reduce downtime.
