Since our inception in 2005, Fala has been at the forefront of innovative refurbishment solutions. Our refurbishment program is extensive, covering functionality and aesthetics.

Our teams of expert technicians repair all devices to full functionality. Whenever possible, casings go through a process of repair, re-surface, re-coat, and re-fit. Our comprehensive refurbishment program maintains the integrity of OEM parts and helps reduce our industry’s EEE waste.

From 2017 – 2022, we supplied over 150 000 refurbished devices to the market.
