Request an RMA form then send to us with your faulty device. After we have assessed your device, you will receive a repair quote for authorisation. We will not proceed with the repair until we have received your authorisation.

We send quotes within 4 days of receiving your faulty device. If you require a quicker response, please advise when requesting an RMA form and we will accommodate this accordingly.
